Zipporah Banyay is a technical integrations professional, full stack JavaScript developer, and digital strategist whose career began in marketing and never fully left it. Over seven years, she has built a rare combination of creative instinct, client fluency, and hands-on technical depth that shapes everything Guiding Point delivers.

Her foundation is in marketing. She started working with entrepreneurs and small businesses as an independent consultant, helping them grow through multi-channel strategy: brand development, content creation, paid advertising, SEO, and analytics. That early work taught her something that still drives how she operates today: the most powerful thing you can give a team is not just a better tool, but a clearer system and the confidence to use it.

From there, she moved into account management roles inside digital marketing agencies, where she spent years as the primary point of contact for SMB and enterprise clients overseeing website builds, digital advertising campaigns, content operations, cross-platform integrations, and performance reporting. She learned what it looks like when strategy and execution fall out of alignment, and how to fix it without losing the client relationship in the process.

Along the way, she developed a parallel track in IT and technical support working inside enterprise environments managing systems, access controls, onboarding, and SOPs. That experience gave her a working understanding of infrastructure that most marketers never develop, and it permanently changed how she thinks about digital systems and sustainability.

When AI started reshaping content operations, she leaned in. She pursued full stack web development training earning certifications in JavaScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and REST APIs and began building and deploying the kind of technical integrations she had previously scoped and handed off. Today she configures analytics stacks, builds authentication flows, manages CI/CD pipelines, and implements the same CRM and platform integrations she once briefed developers to handle.

That combination marketing operations fluency, client-facing experience, and genuine technical depth is what makes Guiding Point's work different. Zipporah does not just recommend systems. She builds them, documents them, and trains the teams who will maintain them long after the engagement ends.
